As all the items on this site are in electronic format they will be delivered instantly to the email address that you have registered with or your Paypal email address. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a working email address for the product you have ordered to be delivered.

The download will be available for you to download a maximum of 3 times within 48 hours from the time of purchase, attempted downloads that exceed this limit will not work. If you have difficulty with receiving your download please contact us via our contact form with your order details and we will help you resolve any issues you may have.
